With no bumps and holes, the paint will be able to evenly apply throughout. When I buy makeup, my PRIORITY is the skin. Before I apply makeup, I do MAJOR prepping to my skin. I do my best to sleep at least 8 hours a night so my skin can REJUVENATE. 90% of the liquid I drink is water so my skin can continue to stay HYDRATED.
